At North Sails, we are committed to your performance on and off the water; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all technical tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned technical gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
