What is your return policy for performance gear?

We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that customized team gear and sails are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How should I care for my Gore-Tex technical apparel?

To maintain the waterproof integrity of your gear, machine wash in warm water with a liquid detergent and rinse twice. Tumble dry on a warm, gentle cycle for 20 minutes to reactivate the Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating.

Do you offer international shipping for large equipment?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by region. For oversized items like masts or booms, please contact our logistics team for a custom freight quote.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

All North Sails products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
